This upgrade adds 100lbs to your weight stack, bringing the new total weight of the Lat Pulldown and Low Row Attachment to 300lbs. This creates a full 300lbs of resistance, too, as the cables on this attachment have a 1:1 ratio. That means 10lbs feels like 10lbs, ideal for slower, strength-focused lifts, like lat pulldowns. This upgrade features durable, hot-rolled, steel plates. Quickly move between 10lbs weight increments with the Selectorized Lat Pulldown and Low Row’s magnetic pin. The plates have a 3% tolerance.
