GYMMAT’s 15 mm rubber gym tiles are designed for fitness spaces. Their high shock absorption makes them suitable for intensive training.

The textured EPDM top layer provides excellent grip and firm footing for exercises such as bench presses and lunges.

The rubber granule bottom layer absorbs vibration from dropped barbells and dumbbells while resisting movement and damage. The tiles remain firm under heavy squats.

These rubber tiles have passed PAH, SVHC and formaldehyde testing for use in home and commercial gyms. Carefully selected recycled rubber helps reduce rubber odor compared with other rubber mats.

The tiles can be cut with a utility knife to fit your room. The 15 mm tiles have a flat underside and cannot be connected with buckles. To prevent movement, install them wall to wall or secure them with double-sided tape or adhesive. This is optional if slight movement is not a concern, for example in a home gym.

The manageable 50 cm square format is suitable for individuals to handle and is commonly used in smaller spaces such as home gyms and personal training studios.
