The REP Fitness Commercial Open Trap Bar is a model designed for commercial gyms and performance centers, based on the design of the best-selling REP Open Trap Bar, but with a fixed handle structure for even greater durability.

The open-frame design supports a wide range of movements such as deadlifts, lunges, split squats, presses, squats, and rows. The load placement, aligned with the center of gravity, reduces strain on the lumbar spine and promotes proper movement mechanics. Similar to regular trap bars, the weight is positioned along the body's center of gravity, making it less dependent on technique than conventional deadlifts and allowing for a more natural pulling motion.

Sleeves are available in two types: compact and rackable. The compact version is about 25cm shorter than the rackable, making it ideal for environments with limited space. The rackable version can be placed directly onto the J-cups of a power rack.

The handle diameter is 28mm, allowing for a lifting sensation similar to a standard barbell. There is approximately a 7.6cm height difference between the handles, which accommodates not only standard pulling motions but also positions with an upright torso.

The knurling is a volcano-style medium knurl, providing a strong grip while minimizing strain on the hands.

The built-in deadlift jack makes it easy to load and unload plates and also prevents damage to wooden platforms. With a weight capacity of approximately 318kg (700lb), it is designed to withstand daily high-intensity training.
