The BlackWing™ Adjustable Bench combines features from REP Fitness’s previous benches to create its flagship flat, incline and decline bench. Designed with a strong focus on the user experience, it has been praised by Coop of Garage Gym Reviews as one of the best adjustable benches available.

Patented ZeroGap™ technology lets the seat slide forward and backward to eliminate the gap between the seat and back pad in every position. The closed ladder system offers 12 easy, secure back-pad angle settings from -8 to 85 degrees. The bench also accepts an optional Leg Roller Attachment to secure your legs for additional exercises.

The seat uses a patent-pending design with six angle settings, combining the ease of a ladder mechanism with the security of a pop-pin.

Dense, grippy CleanGrip™ pads are available in standard and wide versions.

The bench meets IPF competition height standards for comfortable leg drive. Its 11-gauge steel construction and improved front and rear feet provide stability and support up to approximately 454 kg. Rubber foot covers protect the floor and help keep the bench in place during exercise.

At approximately 59 kg, the bench is substantial, but a knurled stainless-steel handle makes it easier to move.

The bench stores upright in a footprint of approximately 0.29 m². Its integrated metal storage stand has a protective plastic liner.
