The REP Fitness Belt Squat Belt is a modern, versatile training belt designed to deliver exceptional comfort and adjustability for athletes who want to build lower-body strength without placing compressive load on the spine. It’s suitable not only for belt squats, but also for weighted dips, sled pulls, and a variety of other training applications.

Comfort is a core focus of the design. Thick padded foam combined with breathable air mesh provides consistent cushioning throughout your workouts, while the internally rotated waterfall webbing chain—adjustable in four positions—makes it easy to dial in your ideal starting position.

For added convenience, the belt can be worn before attaching it to the squat machine. The integrated G-hook mechanism eliminates the awkwardness of connecting the belt under load, allowing for quicker and smoother setup.

Built for serious training, the belt supports loads of up to 800 lbs (approximately 363 kg). It’s compatible with a wide range of home and commercial belt squat machines and will also work with the upcoming Strive™ Curved Treadmill.
