This easy-to-use pad Velcros securely around any standard barbell to protect your shoulders and neck while doing squats and lunges, and it pads your hips during barbell hip thrusts. The pad is quick and simple to put on and take off the bar. The interior material is a durable nitrile rubber, and the cover is made from soft, lightweight Oxford cloth. The Barbell Shoulder Pad features “REP Fitness” in white stitching for a sharp, attractive contrast. It’s 17” long and has a 4” diameter.
