Integrate them with compound lifts, such as squats and deadlifts, to create a variable load, or use them for band work for warm-ups, mobility, and recovery. You can also use the pegs to store bands, chains, attachments (like the Utility Seat), and other gym accessories. Band Pegs are designed to be super secure and durable, yet they’re also lightweight, weighing only 1.8lbs per pair for the 4000 Series and 4.6lbs per pair for the 5000 Series.
