The ATX Fitness Headrest Attachment is a backrest extension designed exclusively for ATX adjustable benches. Simply insert it into the rear adapter of a compatible bench to extend the backrest by up to 240 mm.

You can choose between synthetic leather or high-grade polyurethane padding. The polyurethane version offers excellent shape retention and features a non-slip, embossed surface for superior durability. Its finely structured hollow core ensures comfortable elasticity, while the closed-cell surface repels moisture, making it highly resistant to humidity and wear.
