This increased mobility activates more muscle fibers, especially during exercises like bench presses and flyes.

Despite its narrow backrest, the bench includes a wider padded section in the lumbar area to ensure a stable and secure position throughout your workout. The backrest is adjustable to 14 positions (from 0° to 83°), while the seat offers 5 angle settings, supporting both flat and incline training.

The high-quality polyurethane padding provides excellent shape retention and durability. Its embossed, non-slip surface enhances grip, while the closed-cell structure repels moisture—making it hygienic and resistant to humidity. The interior features a fine hollow structure that maintains comfortable elasticity over time.

An optional rear mount allows for the attachment of an ATX extension headrest, offering even greater versatility.
