The ATX Fitness Double-Sided Linear Row is a versatile back training machine that can be used from both sides. It allows you to cover major pulling movements for the upper and lower back with various grip widths and positions, including bent-over rows, chest-supported rows, and deadlifts. Its excellent biomechanical design ensures that heavy basic exercises can be performed safely and are gentle on the joints.

The frame is made of sturdy square steel tubing, and the 4-row linear ball bearing guides provide exceptionally smooth sliding movement. The grip width and angle can be freely adjusted, and the 360° rotating pull grips are knurled for ample grip. Additionally, a straight grip bar is included.

The chest pad is rotatable, allowing for fine adjustment of its angle and position to suit the user's physique. By fixing it with a magnetic pin, the start and end positions of the weight sled (the sliding part for loading weights) can also be adjusted individually. Anti-slip steel footplates are provided at the front and back, ensuring a stable training posture.
