The ATX Fitness Lateral Row Machine is a plate-loaded machine designed to train back muscles. It features independent arms, allowing for a more natural pulling motion and efficient muscle stimulation.

The frame is made of robust 700 series square steel tubing and can handle loads up to 250 kg.

The seat height is adjustable to fit different body types, and the contoured cushion provides a comfortable sitting experience. The chest pad is also angle-adjustable, allowing you to secure your body firmly even when training with one arm.

Two types of non-slip grips, 30mm in diameter, are available, allowing you to choose based on your preference or training objective. The plate holders are compatible with standard 50mm diameter plates.
