The ATX Fitness Plate-Loaded Lat Pulldown & Low Row Station is a commercial-grade machine that builds on the strengths of its popular predecessor.

Featuring non-stretch cables and dual ball-bearing pulleys, it delivers ultra-smooth movement, allowing for full muscle contraction throughout the entire range of motion for maximum training effectiveness.

The distance between the seat and the bar has been extended to 155 cm, offering improved ergonomics and a greater range of motion—especially beneficial for taller users during lat pulldowns and rows. An upgraded, extra-wide footrest enhances comfort and support during heavy rowing movements.

With a true 1:1 weight ratio (no pulley reduction), this machine is engineered to handle up to 160 kg from both top and bottom cable pulls. The frame is constructed from heavy-duty 70 x 70 x 3 mm steel tubing for outstanding stability and durability.

It also includes a 60 cm wide, non-slip footplate to ensure secure footing during low cable exercises. Rubberized feet protect flooring and prevent the machine from shifting during use.

The standard weight plate holder accommodates 30 mm plates, and a 50 mm adapter is included for compatibility with Olympic-style plates.
