The AB-3100 FI Adjustable Bench is REP Fitness’s most affordable adjustable bench. FI stands for flat and incline. The back pad offers six positions from flat to 90 degrees, and the seat offers three positions from flat to 20 degrees.

Its three-post design keeps the front foot out of the way during training, while the ladder system makes angle changes easy. Grooved rubber covers on all three feet and a vertical support tube improve stability for heavy exercises. The weight capacity is 320 kg.

The pads are covered with textured, slip-resistant vinyl that is easy to maintain. The seat is slightly tapered, with an approximately 4 cm gap between the seat and back pad. Available colors are metallic black, red, blue and matte black.
